The Small Group Cell Care Giver is responsible to lead a Small Group within the church. They are also responsible to communicate to the Church the importance of meeting together from house to house. Major focus will be placed on developing members to serve as caregivers to one another and to the church while providing an avenue to evangelize to the lost. In this Ministry the members of each Small Group will "Grow in relationship with God", "Grow in relationship with each other" and "Grow their Small Group's to multiply into another group.”
