The Discovery Team Leader is responsible for assisting members in finding their place in ministry. This will be accomplished through, prayer, counsel and conducting the “Unwrapping Gifts Of Ministry” program. Major focus will be placed on new members (converts) within the assembly. Communication with the Pastor and Care Givers is vital in getting members placed in an appropriate ministry.
