To administer and supervise the Small Group Department in a manner that will communicate to the Church the importance of meeting together from house to house. Major focus will be placed on developing Cells Servants to serve as caregivers to the members within each Small Group Group. Through this Ministry the members of each Small Group will "Grow in relationship with God", "Grow in relationship with each other" and "Grow their Small Group Group's to multiply into another group.”
