In ‘What You Can Give to the Father Who Has Everything,’ we learn about taking. We are shown through Luke 15:10-24 that the wayward son’s only interest was to leave his father’s home. Take his portion of the inheritance, and to never return home again. In the same manner of the wayward son, some Christians want to take their portion of God’s promises. They want to throw them away in exchange for their sinful lifestyle. Maybe this Father’s day, the Father, who has everything, just wants his son back.
