To See Or Not To See
In this sermon To See Or Not To See, we open our eyes, and turn our hearts to Jesus. If the light is KNOWLEDGE, then seeing here means UNDERSTANDING something. It is LIGHT OF THE KNOWLEDGE. God's Glory is God's Light. The one who commanded, spoke, light to shine out of darkness. Meaning it was in it but concealed, shines in our hearts where we were bound. And light of knowledge of God shines forth. Revelation bursts out. 2Cor 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, [even] as by the Spirit of the Lord. No wonder the truth shall make you free. It is like an explosion that absolutely cripples the devil's power. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge (Hos. 4:6). The ones who do not see have been blinded by the devil. But we also read that we can choose to turn and look. When we turn our hearts to Jesus, a veil is removed. What veil? The blinding veil the devil put there. So we see that the devil blinds those who simply do not put forth the effort to turn to Jesus. STAND STILL and see the salvation of the Lord.
