In this sermon The Reward Of Willingness, we learn why many are called but few are chosen. If you haven't known God long, but are willing to do whatever He desired, He rewards you for that willingness. Some think they are so much greater for being in Church for years, than the new converts. It's the willingness God looks for. The disciples were so willing to do Jesus' will. It was the ones who were willing to work who were called FIRST to be paid. Matthew 20:8  So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first. The reason many are called but few chosen, is because many do not wish to willingly heed the calling.
