In this lesson, The Lord's Table, If the bread is the body of Christ and the blood is the life then in consuming it and partaking of it, we the Church are the body of Christ. We are full of the life of Christ, therefore we are capable of producing Christ like actions. We are also expected to minister and reach out like Christ. The Word we receive truly is, the bread of life and we should consume it and not play with it or take it for granted. The blood we consume is precious and life giving. We must not take it for granted . We are the body of Christ. The Bread of life has filled our bellies spiritually speaking and has given us strength when we had none. It's not like the poison that the world offers. Be filled with the Word  from The Lord's Table, the Bread of life. The blood revived us when we were dead in our sins and gave us life. Do not tread upon Gods sacrifice but treasure it and receive it.
