In this lesson, Jesus is Your Savior, we learn, that there are over 2 billion confessed Christians. They have proclaimed that I will follow Jesus Christ and live for Him. However, what does it really mean to be a confessing Christian?

Our salvation begins with confession of our sins. If we are bound by sin, there is salvation from it. If you are bound by drugs, there is Hope. Alcohol, there is Hope. Anything that is keeping you from knowing Jesus, there is Hope for you.

Jesus died for us. He went through the agonizing pain so that sin would be defeated. I can stand here today and say, Jesus defeated sin. I don’t have to live a life of sin and don’t have to wonder if I will make it to heaven or not, because Jesus made a way of escape.
