This is the Developing Foundational Teamwork Handout for your congregation. In this lesson we learn about Developing Foundational Teamwork. With the foundational organization being held upon the shoulders of one person (i.e. the Pastor), they become overly burdened. Burdened with the weight of the entire structure. Over time, the body becomes totally reliant upon the talents, abilities and strengths of its leader. They also become responsive only when stimulated by the motivational gifting of its leader.
