Developing Foundational Teamwork
In this lesson we learn about Developing Foundational Teamwork. With the foundational organization being held upon the shoulders of one person (i.e. the Pastor), they become overly burdened. Burdened with the weight of the entire structure. Over time, the body becomes totally reliant upon the talents, abilities and strengths of its leader. They also become responsive only when stimulated by the motivational gifting of its leader. When leaders equip those they’re mentoring, they should do so with understanding. Understanding that they aren’t losing knowledge. As we edify others, we are helping them to help themselves and aid them in the growth process. By helping others develop, we do not become smaller. Remember to lead by example!
