In this sermon Can God Deliver Us? Duh, Daniel was thrown in the lion’s den because of those that were envious of his success. Even King Darius was disappointed because of the trickery that caused him to make the decree in the first place. Basically Daniel was cast in the lion’s den because of the law that is irreversible as with us who have no hope because according to the law we should die. Satan is the accuser of the brethren as those that crafted to have Daniel destroyed, is after us as well. Although Darius tried to have Daniel delivered, he could not accomplish it because the law is the law. But what is impossible with man is possible with God.
