The Conference/Retreat Leader is responsible for organizing men in the Church to be involved in the opportunities through conferences and retreat venues. These ministries may be on a local, national or church level. These opportunities will assist men in their spiritual walk, family values and Church involvement. This will assist men in leading, protecting and providing for the needs of others. Ultimately these conferences and retreats will afford the men opportunities to be involved in outreach by inviting the un-churched.
