True worship involves many different expressions.  Therefore it is vulnerable to many different wounds. According to our text, it is very possible to worship without perception, to go through certain rituals and still not comprehend. If your worship has been wounded, don't despair, remember every pearl is a result of a wound or an irritant in the shell-fish.  Jesus can heal your wound!  But I found something that God cannot do!  He cannot worship himself!  You have to do that!
