In this lesson, we learn and ask, Why Did Jesus Come? When you came to an altar and repented of your sins, you were basically coming to the Lord to get qualified. You were committing to live for him, be sold out and serve him faithfully. Because of his great mercy, he looked down into our hearts and saw if we were sincere. He qualified us to receive his great gifts or riches.

None are worthy of it. We don’t deserve to be qualified. It’s nothing good we have done but it’s because He is merciful and kind. He looked beyond all my faults and saw in my heart that I was sincere. God passed thru the doorway of heaven and came to earth to qualify us to receive all His promises and blessings.
