When The Need Is Too Great. In this story we find Jesus returning from His transfiguration. He had been on the mountain with Peter, James and John. Upon their return, they are met by the other disciples and a large crowd of people who had been following Jesus throughout the region. As Jesus approached the crowd, the father of a sick boy approaches Jesus with a great need. We have all had needs that went unanswered. We have been in situations where we have tried everything we know to do, and our situation remains unchanged. You've prayed and prayed and the need is still unanswered. But our greatest needs are not in the physical realm, they're in the spiritual realm. It always comes down to our faith. Faith is the answer. Faith will bring victory!
