In this lesson, The Three Signs of Moses, God told Moses to throw his rod down before Pharaoh. We find when Moses threw down the rod it became a serpent. Pharaoh called his magicians to repeat the same wonder. The serpent represents sin that came into the world through the lies of the serpent. Jesus is represented as becoming a serpent on the pole when He hung on the cross. All the sins that you commit or have problems with, were taken into Jesus Christ on the cross and crucified with Him. Even after we are saved, we need to cast our cares upon Him.  Go to the work of the cross and claim your deliverance from sin if you ever slip and make a mistake.
