You cannot attain the promises from where you are, but there has to be a progression . . . a journey from the known toward the unknown. It is a walk of faith and trust. We have so many substitutes to distract us from pursuing deeper revelations about the Lord. God will not give you revelation just to increase your knowledge. He will give revelation to empower you to fulfill His promises!
