When we receive the Holy Ghost the Lord becomes present in our life, and it is referred to as The Presence of The Lord. Things happen in His presence. Spiritual gifts operate in His presence. Works of the Holy Ghost happen in His presence. The Bible says the wicked perish at the presence of God. The earth shakes and the heavens drop at the presence of God. Mountains flow down at His presence. Nations tremble at His presence. We need his presence.
