When you read through the Psalms consider the kinds of psalms that you are reading.             Savior, Savior, Hear My Humble Cry. This psalm speaks to our greatest need; prayer. It is a heartfelt prayer that is filled with the pressure of the situation that David is in. It shows the greatness of God and it hints at dark attitudes of enemies in spiritual warfare. As we can see in the superscription, it is a prayer of David. Of the 150 psalms, there are only five of them that are specified as prayers.
