In Acts 10, we see the Holy Spirit being poured out on Cornelius and those gathered in his house.   Can any man forbid water, that these shouldn't be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?  The response is in the action recorded in Acts 10:48, “And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord.”
