In this sermon Our Orders Remain Unchanged, we learn freedom is not free.   Peace is not cheap.  Liberty is derived at a great price.  Someone before you gave so that we could have these privileges and if another generation following us is to enjoy it, we are going to have to be willing to give in the same manner. Regardless of what you think or how you feel, there is an institution on this earth that is more vital, more important, and of much great magnitude than any other institution on the face of the earth.  I’m talking about the church of the Living God.  Thank God for the church. Say what you will, but without the church, you would have no spiritual freedom. You would have no hope beyond this life, you would not have access to the throne of grace. You would not be able to talk to the Master of the universe or enjoy healing, no blessings, and no escape from the grave. Don’t be too critical of the church nor those who are a part of it. It’s your only escape from the curse of sin.
