In this sermon Leaving Spiritual Childhood, the reason we are studying this is because Abraham, whom Abram later was named, is the Father of the Faithful. And those who WALK IN THE STEPS OF THAT FAITH are children of faith.

Old things have passed away, and all is now new! We are new creatures. We are children of God compared to sinners. Children of God have all of God's power in heaven and earth at their disposal by faith. Children of God can overcome anything. But if these children do not understand that, then they will still think they are weaklings and will live a lot of unnecessary struggling.
