In this sermon It's Time To Write A New Song, A Christian should be continually composing new songs of praise around the fresh mercies of God. Occasionally we live as if God were indeed dead.  But hear me, he’s not!  That’s why the great writer David reminded himself of God’s help and ability when he said, “Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing; thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; to the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent.  O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee forever.”
