In this sermon His Coming Foretold, Who is Jesus of Nazareth to you? Your life on this earth and for all of eternity is affected by your answer to that question. The Old Testament has a lot to say about Jesus. It was written by more than 20 people over a 1500-year period and was completed 450 years before Jesus was born. The prophecies made about Him were made in astonishing detail. More than 300 prophecies were made about the coming Messiah.  Jesus is the only One who has fulfilled each of these prophecies. We are going to look at 28 of these prophecies. These deal with everything about his family tree to events in His childhood to how He would die. If you listen and study carefully, many of these prophecies were fulfilled when Jesus had absolutely NOTHING to do with them—nor could He have arranged them.
