In this sermon Happy Birthday Jesus, Generally, when someone’s birthday is celebrated, they are honored and gifted presents. On this day, we say we are celebrating the birth of our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. But, what present are we giving him?

Jesus wants us for His birthday! He wants us to ‘present’ Him our minds, so that He can transform them into the same mind that He has. Jesus wants us to ‘present’ Him our hearts, so that He can pour out His love into them. He wants us to give Him our hands, so He can make them holy, so that we can lift them up without anger and dissention.

Remember, He has already given Himself to us… So, on this Christmas day, and the days ahead, let us give Him what He truly wants for His birthday: you. If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work.
