A preacher is a spiritual father looking after the needs of his family. He distributes to the church as it has need. He rightfully and skillfully teaches God’s Word that fits the occasion in the local church. This sermon titled Handle With Care, shows us what is needed for an impacting ministry of preaching and teaching. The goal of ministry (service) is to please God. Preaching and teaching should meet God’s standard of approval. How can this be done? One word reveals the answer, “Study.” Why study? We want to receive the approval of God.
