In this sermon God's Infallible Word, Because the Bible is the Word of God, we must obey its message. The sole authority of Scripture-its right and power to command our belief and obedience-is based on the inspiration of Scripture. We need to love God's Word. It is not enough to know truth; if we do not actively believe and love truth, we will eventually fall into delusion. If we sincerely love God we will obey His Word. Our obedience to God's Word is the ultimate test of whether we truly know God, have the love of God working in us, and have God Himself abiding in us. "Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, 'I know Him,' and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him".
