In this sermon God Knows Where the Lions Are, The lion is no respecter of person nor animal. That is why they are considered the most violent and possibly the deadliest animal when encountered. This is your enemy. God knew what he was talking about when he described Satan as a lion. Satan will do whatever it takes to devour and destroy your life. Satan is no respecter of persons. If he can sink his teeth into you, your family, your marriage, or your faith, that is exactly what he will do. As we read the story of a young prophet, we realize how critical it is, that we obey the word of the Lord. God knew there was a hungry lion out there waiting to eat anything that came along. God knew there was a young prophet who was doing the work of the Lord.
