In this sermon Faith and Praise, we learn it is those with faith that praise God. The faithless are praise-less, the praise-less are powerless. When God is our light and salvation, there is no need for fear. When God is the strength of our lives, all enemies to our souls are weak. David knew the personal dealings of God. God delivered him from the lion and bear, and from Goliath. God anointed him king, and gave him victory after victory over the Philistines.  When David said, "in this will I be confident.", he was stating even though all this comes my way...I will still have faith in God. There is only one thing David desired...to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of his life.
