Every one of these instances speaks of a wasteland or wilderness. If God never gets weary and does not faint, then when we read that if we wait on the Lord we will mount up with eagles' wings and not get weary nor faint, then the eagles' wings reference has something to do with GIVING US GOD'S POWER so we experience what he experiences!
