In this lesson, Dying at the Gate of Plenty, we learn, famine was everywhere in Samaria. Food was so scarce, it could hardly be bought. They were feeding on what was normally discarded and used for fertilizer. It was so severe, they began to resort to cannibalism. During all of this, A Man of God encouraged them to trust God . Deliverance was only a day away. Tomorrow would come deliverance. God’s timing is not our own. He moves according to His plan and timetable. God will take care of His part if we will take care of ours!
