In this sermon Doing the Right Thing the Wrong Way, When God tells us how to do something, we don’t have a choice in the matter! God told Noah how to build the ark. Building the ark to save his family was the right thing to do, but Noah still had to build it the right way! Noah could have done the right thing the wrong way and all of his family would have drowned in the flood!  We are not exempt from this principle even in the 21^st century. Preaching the truth is the right thing to do, but we must preach the truth in love! Giving our tithes and offerings is the right thing to do, but we must give cheerfully! Lifting up holy hands is the right thing to do, but we must lift up holy hands without wrath and doubting! Believing on the Lord Jesus Christ is the right thing to do, but we must believe on Jesus as the Scripture hath said! Seeking salvation is the right thing to do, but we must be saved according to God’s plan of salvation - not our plan! Not man’s plan! Not tradition’s plan!
