In this sermon Crying for Deliverance, The first step to being delivered is to desire God's power to be released in your situation. If you are in need of deliverance, all you have to do is ask Him! The devil has power over things of this world!  He will not relinquish his hold on your life very easy, but release he will tonight. As of this moment you are the most important person in the world to the Lord.  All of heaven’s attention is focused on you, because you need deliverance.
