In this lesson Children, be yourselves, we learn if you are born again, be yourself.  Have faith, if you are born again already, that you are already what He desired. HIS SON or DAUGHTER. Our text reveals that only things that result from faith please God. Faith is the opposite of self effort. When something comes by faith, it is something God accomplished. God cannot accomplish anything for us unless we have faith for Him to do it.
