In this sermon Be Like Your Father, we are taught what it truly means to be a good father, husband, and man of God. The idea that we are to love each other is continuously instilled and provides a solid foundation for the message itself. Love is commitment to do good for someone. When we choose to stop doing good; that is when love stops. Doing good for our wife is a choice we make because of the commitments we’ve made. Jesus’s commitment to the church was one of real love. Where was the church when Jesus was dying on the cross? Love doesn’t stop when things get tough.
