The Musician Leader is responsible for instrumental praise and worship music during service. Major focus should be placed on the opportunity for members of the Church to be involved in and experience a closer walk with God through inspirational songs of Praise and Worship. The professionalism in which the inspirational atmosphere is delivered will largely affect the spiritual level that the service and members are able to achieve.
