The Kids Daycare is a Ministry within the church that reaches out to the local community for the purpose of safe childcare. This Ministry is also an avenue for un-churched families in the community to experience the love and Ministry of the church and the staff should directly reflect this love for each family. The Floor Monitor is an experienced staff member who should be able to answer questions in regards to Policy & Procedures and State Rules & Regulations. A Floor Monitor will also lend direct assistance to the Operations Coordinator and the Care Giver as needed. Responsibilities are, but not limited to, insure floor maintenance through teachers, parent contact and floor safety. Floor Monitor on Second Floor will also include development and maintenance of the afternoon monthly curriculum, maintenance of in room forms, craft and activity supplies and maintenance of books or videos for each room.
