To administer and motivate the Children’s Ministry Department in a manner that will result in the spiritual growth and maturity of the children of the church. Focus will also be on outreach and ministries to the children of the community. Additional focus will be placed on proper organization and numerical growth in the areas of Children’s Ministry. Major focus will be placed on maintaining a teaching staff for Night of Christian Education.
