The Care Connects Care Giver is responsible for retaining all guests through a connection to our church. It is paramount to generate a sense of belonging to a church body. This will be accomplished through letters, first week call contact, CD mailings and constant connecting with the Care Giver. The Care Connects Care Giver has a major role as this will be a key to showing the love and care that the church shows to our Guests, thus playing an important part in church grow and evangelizing. Other focus will be placed on absentees from service and hospital visitation.
