The church Board of Director Members are responsible in carrying out the financial decisions of the Pastor and the Church Body. Board of Directors work together with the Pastor in finalizing all decisions. They are not a separate unit. They only provide legal signatures necessary to carry out the decisions of the congregation. They also are responsible for suggestions, comments and communication to the Church Body.
