There are two flowcharts, one for members and one for nonmembers. This form will assist you in positioning your congregation with the appropriate Care Minister. Special Note: even though these care ministers will be responsible for many of the contacts within the congregation is important to remember that members may move from one Minister to another depending on relationships and personalities.
