The Other Level Of God

There is a starting point in your relationship with God, but there isn’t an ending to what God wants to do in the life of his people. God is always looking for the best, but sometimes he chooses the least to accomplish to accomplish it.

1 Corinthians 1:26-31
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

God is not looking for the richest or the wisest, but he is looking for the faithful to do his will.

The option is always up to the ones he calls, each Apostle had a choice to be fishers of men, they were not enticed with awards for following him, but the benefits were far more than they understood at the time.

There was a three and half year training sessions to see who would be faithful, Judas failed the test.

This test isn’t about self-gain it is about the Kingdom of God.

Each born again Christian has an option either to excel or be content with being just a disciple.

We have been given the same Power that the Apostles had, the same Spirit that they followed we have.

They made no excuse for their calling but after the Day of Pentecost their training was put into action they did what their teacher did.

Mark 16:15-19
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

The phrase “taking up serpents” means that we take authority over the enemy that deceived Eve in the Garden. The Power is still here, but the willingness to use it has faded into church ritual and the zeal that these men and women had toward God has diminished in to complacency.

The biggest enemy of the church is deception. People are deceived by Satan when they believe that all you have to do is believe in God and you are saved. This is the Work of the serpent that all humanity needs power over. Every believer has this Power, but refuses to use it. There is no need to be filled with the Holy Ghost if wearen’tgoingtolettheSpiritleadusandguideus. Themajorityofbelievers neverusethePowerofGod,simplybecausetheythinkitisn’tnecessary. AGod determined mind is a powerful mind. There are times when God will trouble your enemies!

Exodus 14:14 The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

Exodus 14:24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the Lord looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,

Exodus 14:30 Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.

Numbers 10:9 And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the Lord your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.

Deuteronomy 20:4 For the Lord your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.

The problem is we are like most men; when trouble comes, God is the last one we call on! The other level of God is achieved by faith or miracles; it’s trust, the thing thatGodexpectsfromus,butveryseldomgets. Failurecanneverovertakeyouif youaredeterminedtobeclosetoGod! Godwillcausethethingsthatdon’t produce to dry up and die!

Matthew 21:19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

Matthew 21:21-22
21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Faith will cause your sickness to dry up; this is the other level of God. Faith will cause your Poverty to dry up and cause men to give unto your bosom. Faith can cause the sin of your loved ones to dry up and then send the refreshing of his spirittocausetheirunfruitfullivestobecomefruitful. TheotherlevelofGodwill produce a joy unspeakable and full of glory in your life. You won’t have to be told to pray or fast, it will become a vital part of your life. We need to be determined to make the right changes and stop worrying about our free time being spent with God!

Matthew 9:32-33
32 As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil.
33 And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.

You can’t produce if you don’t plant! It was never said in Israel, “That’s because they didn’t have any faith.”

Matthew 12:22 Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw.

That is the other level of God!
A momma’s desperation brought deliverance to a demon possessed girl; that’s

the other level of God!

Matthew 9:27-29
27 And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.
28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.
29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

This is the level that God wants his church to be on. What do you want?

God has given us possession of this city, but we have to rise up and take it.

Deuteronomy 2:24-25
24 Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.
25 This day will I begin to put the dread of thee and the fear of thee upon the nations that are under the whole heaven, who shall hear report of thee, and shall tremble, and be in anguish because of thee.

Deuteronomy 2:31-34
31 And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest inherit his land.
32 Then Sihon came out against us, he and all his people, to fight at Jahaz.
33 And the Lord our God delivered him before us; and we smote him, and his sons, and all his people.
34 And we took all his cities at that time, and utterly destroyed the men, and the women, and the little ones, of every city, we left none to remain:

If we can get on God’s level of faith, we can conquer all our enemies!
